职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities:
-Participate in Kaizen Events to ensure continuity and follow through
-Monitor improvements conducted by Kaizen events beyond 30 day review
-Follow up and sustain projects initiated through OET
-Sustain / replicate the improvements in similar lines / processes
-Identify and correct gaps / issues / concerns of non conformance to the initiatives
-Work with respective functional managers / departments on improvements
-Carry out operational / gap analysis where opportunity improvements are observed
-Propose actions ie Kaizen event or task force to establish improvements / corrective measures.

Requirements:
-University degree
-At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing environment, production background is preferable
-Good at process understanding / skills
-Strong influencing skills and people interactive skills
-Good English & PC skills
-Working location is in 东莞长安 or 佛山官窑
