Main Position Requirement
Bachelor degree or above major in construction engineering, mechanics, or electric automation.
At least 3-year solid experiences in facilities supervision.
Professional knowledge of management and repair of construction and public facilities like ventilation and water drain system, air condition, etc.
Relevant knowledge and awareness of EHS.
The ability of planning, project management, management by objectives is required.
Good communication skills, self-motivation skills are preferred.
The ability of independent analysis, judgment and problem solving is a must.
The ability to coordinate, organize and negotiate is preferred.
Good writing and oral English are essential.
Proficiency in using computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, autoCAD etc.)

Above all positions working place is located in Guanyao, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City.
